Yes. Rushd is law firm software on the web, and its app is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Your team signs in with the same accounts they use on the web to follow cases, court sessions and tasks, and to receive notifications on the go.

Your case files, documents, and database live on Saudi-based cloud infrastructure, inside the Kingdom. Three supporting flows run elsewhere: AI requests may be processed by our AI provider outside the Kingdom, transactional email is delivered from the United States, and mobile push notifications are relayed by Expo and delivered by Apple and Google, carrying only the device token, the short notification text, and an internal reference that lets the app open the right screen. The Privacy Policy describes every data flow.

Arabic is a first-class language — drafting, review, and the interface are native, not translated from English.

No. Your matters and documents stay in your tenant, and we do not use them to train models. If that ever changed, it would require your firm's explicit consent first — that commitment is written into our Terms.

Contracts, agreements, and memoranda — in Arabic, English, or both, grounded in Saudi law and your firm's templates.

Only people in your firm — and inside the firm, only the roles you allow. Access follows role-based permissions, so a user sees only what their role permits. Multi-factor authentication is available on every account, logins can be restricted to an approved list of IP addresses, and an audit log shows administrators who did what and when. Administrators can review login history and end any active session. Each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's and stored encrypted, in transit and at rest. Our own staff reach customer data only where their work requires it, and that access is limited and logged.

Rushd has two plans a firm signs up for itself: Basic and Premium, billed monthly or annually in SAR through Moyasar. Enterprise is not a self-serve plan: firms that need more contact us, and we arrange it with each firm individually. Storage and AI-credit add-ons are coming soon. Yes. Upload firm templates to the reference library so every draft reflects your voice and standards.

The licensed professional who signs it. Everything Rushd produces — an AI draft above all — is preliminary work product: a licensed legal professional must review, verify and approve it before it is relied on, signed or sent to anyone. AI output comes from probabilistic models and can contain errors, omissions or invented detail. Rushd does not give legal advice, creates no lawyer-client relationship with anyone, and represents no one before a court or authority. Responsibility for the accuracy and professional adequacy of the work rests with your firm. Our Terms state this in full, along with the limits on our own liability.

Not yet. We do not currently charge VAT — our VAT registration is in progress. Once it completes, VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to these prices and we will issue tax invoices.

Cancelling is your call and costs you nothing early: stop renewal inside the platform or by writing to info@oai.sa, and the subscription you have paid for runs to the end of its period. A failed renewal payment is a different path. The account goes past due and you have a 7-day grace period, with email reminders, to settle. Unpaid after that, the account is suspended: no one can sign in, but your data stays in place. A suspended firm can settle or appeal at any time. If it does neither, all firm data — cases, clients, documents and audit history — is permanently deleted 30 days after the suspension date, and nothing can be restored afterwards. You can request an export in writing before that deletion.

Yes — ask us in writing at info@oai.sa and we provide an export of your firm's data in a common machine-readable format. The right holds at the two moments that matter: before the 30-day deletion that follows a suspension, and on termination, if you ask before deletion. Individuals have their own PDPL rights too — to be informed, to access, to receive a copy in a readable format, to correct, to delete and to withdraw consent. We verify identity and answer within 30 days, or, for an unusually complex or voluminous request, within a further 30 days after explaining why. Where the data was entered by your firm, your firm is the controller and the request belongs with you; we help you answer it.

No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Rushd's core hosting (compute, database and files) is on Saudi-based cloud infrastructure inside the Kingdom, and we work to keep Rushd available, but we do not offer a contractual service-level agreement or an uptime guarantee at this time. Maintenance, upgrades, and events outside our control can interrupt the service. When an incident affects your firm, we notify you by email.
