Rushd and the O AI website use very little browser storage, none of it for advertising, and analytics only with your consent. This page lists exactly what is stored, where, and why.
1. Scope
This Policy covers three surfaces: the marketing website at oai.sa, the Rushd web application together with its client portal, and the Rushd mobile app. Each stores different things, described below.
2. The Rushd Platform
The web application and client portal store only what is essential to sign you in and keep your session secure: session and authentication data. On your phone, the mobile app keeps the equivalent authentication data on the device. No advertising cookies and no third-party analytics run anywhere in the product.
3. The oai.sa Website
Our marketing site sets no advertising cookies. It stores your language preference (oai_lang), your theme preference (oai_theme), your answer to the analytics banner (oai_consent), and a short-lived record used to rate-limit the contact form. If you allow it, the site also loads Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_<id>) to count visits and pages; nothing is loaded before you choose. The website's own Cookie Policy at oai.sa/legal/cookies has the details. Nothing on the site tracks you across other websites.
4. Consent
Everything the Platform stores is strictly necessary for the service to work, and the website's preferences are choices you make yourself, so neither shows a consent banner for those. The one exception is analytics on oai.sa, which is loaded only after you allow it in the banner shown there.
5. Managing Browser Storage
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Clearing the website's storage resets your language and theme choices; clearing the Platform's storage signs you out. On the website, the Cookie settings button at the top of this page reopens the consent dialog so you can change your analytics choice.
6. Changes to This Policy
Any change to what we store will appear in this Policy before it takes effect, together with the revision date.
