Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy sets the rules for using the oai.sa website and for contacting us through it, and it forms part of the website Terms & Conditions. Conduct on the Rushd platform is governed by the separate Rushd Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the oai.sa website and to the messages you send us through it. It does not reach inside Rushd: what firms and users may do on the platform is set out in the Rushd Acceptable Use Policy, accepted when a firm subscribes.

2. Using the website

The website exists to be read. You may browse it, quote from it with attribution, share links to it, and use the contact form for genuine enquiries about our company or products.

3. What we prohibit

You must not: probe, scan or test the website or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass any access control — security findings belong in the disclosure route described in section 4; submit bulk, automated or misleading messages through the contact form, or use it to distribute advertising or malicious content; scrape the site at a volume that burdens it, or harvest email addresses or other data from it; interfere with the availability of the site for others; impersonate O AI, its staff or any other person when contacting us; or use the website or our contact channels for any purpose that is unlawful in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Security testing

Uninvited security testing of our systems is not permitted. The route for researchers is responsible disclosure: email your finding to info@oai.sa. Our Security page describes how reports are handled and the protection we extend to good-faith research.

5. Enforcement

Our response is proportionate to the breach. Measures include discarding abusive submissions, blocking addresses or networks, declining further correspondence and reporting unlawful conduct to the competent authorities. Where a breach also involves Rushd, the enforcement provisions of the Rushd Terms apply in addition.

6. Relationship to the Terms

Breaching this policy is a breach of the website Terms & Conditions, into which it is incorporated, and changes to it follow the notice process set out there. The policy is published in Arabic and English; if the two versions differ, the Arabic text prevails.

7. Contact

Report abuse of the website, or ask a question about this policy, at info@oai.sa.
