How do I complain about my bank to SAMA?

Prepared from the official page

Complain to your bank first. If it does not fix the problem, file a free complaint on the Saudi Central Bank portal.

Steps

  1. Complain to your bank first.
  2. Keep the complaint number the bank sends you by text message.
  3. If the bank does not answer, or you do not like its answer, open the complaints portal on the Saudi Central Bank website.
  4. Sign in on the official website through the National Single Sign-On (Nafath).
  5. Write your complaint, attach your papers, and send it.

Have ready:

  • The name of the bank or company
  • Your complaint number at the bank, if you have one
  • Papers that support your complaint
  • A short note on what happened
