How is the cost of an AI project set?
Pricing is project-based. The cost depends on how many steps are automated, the systems involved, the AI models used and the support after launch. We explain the running cost of the models up front and send a written quote after a free consultation.
How long does it take to automate a process?
It depends on the process and the systems it touches. We start with a pilot on one part of the work, and the timeline for the full rollout is set from what the pilot shows.
What is the difference between AI agents and RPA?
RPA and workflow tools follow fixed rules and suit steps that never change. AI agents read free text and make judgment calls, so we use them only where that is needed and keep a person approving any action that cannot be undone.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We agree this with you in writing and choose providers and settings to match. In our own product, Rushd, matters and documents are not used to train models.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
Usually not. Most automation connects to the systems you already use through APIs, and we only suggest replacing a system when it is holding the work back.
