Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of the oai.sa website and the communications you exchange with us through it. They cover the website only: use of Rushd, our practice-management platform, is governed by the separate Rushd Terms & Conditions.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by O A I Company For Artificial Intelligence (commercial registration no. 7053520024), registered in Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, trading under the name "O AI" ("we", "us", "our"). We build software for professional organizations; our principal product is Rushd, a cloud practice-management platform for Saudi law firms.
You can reach us at info@oai.sa or through the contact form on this site. One address handles everything: legal notices, privacy requests, security reports and general enquiries.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to the oai.sa website, its content, and the communications you exchange with us through it. By browsing the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, stop using the site. Writing to us — by email or through the contact form — does not by itself create a contract between us.
3. Rushd
Rushd is our cloud practice-management platform for Saudi law firms. Subscribing to it, opening an account on it, and using its web application, client portal or mobile app are governed by the Rushd Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced there — not by this page. Where this page and a Rushd document touch the same subject, the Rushd document controls your use of the product.
4. Website content
Pages on oai.sa describing our company, products and pricing are general information. None of it is legal, financial or professional advice. Prices shown on the website are summaries; the binding price for a Rushd subscription is the one presented to the firm when it subscribes through the platform. Website content may change or be removed at any time.
5. Intellectual property
Everything on the site — its design, text, graphics and code — together with the O AI and Rushd names and logos, belongs to us or to our licensors. Browsing the site and sharing links to it is welcome. Copying substantial parts of it, reproducing our branding, or using our trademarks in a way that implies an approval we have not given in writing is not permitted.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the website is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and carries the same force.
7. Third-party links
Some pages link to sites and services operated by others. Each carries its own terms and its own privacy practices; a link from us is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what third parties publish.
8. No warranty
We provide the website as it is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current at every moment, and we give no other warranty about it, express or implied, to the extent Saudi law allows warranties to be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
Use of the website is free of charge, and the limit of our liability reflects that. To the extent the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia permit, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or indirect loss arising from the website, and our total liability for any claim connected with it will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it — which is nothing. This section does not exclude liability that Saudi law does not allow to be excluded. Liability connected with a Rushd subscription is dealt with in the Rushd Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We revise these Terms from time to time. A material change is announced on the website or by email, normally 30 days before it takes effect; continued use of the site after the effective date is acceptance of the revised version. The date at the top of this page shows the version currently in force.
11. Governing law and courts
The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia govern these Terms. Any dispute arising from the website that cannot be settled directly between us will be decided by the competent courts of the Kingdom.
12. Language
Arabic and English versions of these Terms are both published. If the two versions differ on any point, the Arabic text prevails.
13. Notices and contact
Send legal notices and questions about these Terms to info@oai.sa. We may give notices to you by email or by posting on the website.
