Terms and Conditions
Current terms version: 2026-10-draft-1
These Terms govern your use of Dalni. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. When you sign in you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept these Terms, and we record the version you accepted and when.
1. Who we are
Dalni ("Dalni by O AI") is run by O A I Company For Artificial Intelligence (commercial registration no. 7053520024), based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, trading as "O AI" ("we", "us"). The "Service" means the Dalni website and the answers and tools in it.
By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. What Dalni is, and what it is not
Dalni is an independent guide. It is not a government website, it does not speak for any government body, and it has nothing to do with any government service that has a similar name.
We explain the steps from government bodies' official pages and give you the official link so you can check for yourself. We never submit a request or complaint for you, sign in to any government website in your name, or send anything about you to any authority.
3. Not legal advice
Dalni gives general information for guidance only. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for a licensed lawyer, and no lawyer–client relationship arises between you and us.
If your matter needs a legal opinion, consult a licensed lawyer.
4. Answers and AI
Some answers are prepared in advance from their official page; they carry the label "Prepared from the official page" and the date the source was last checked.
Others are summaries generated by AI from official pages, and they are clearly labelled. A summary can be wrong or miss a detail, and nobody reviewed it before it reached you.
Do not rely on any period, deadline, amount or fee that Dalni mentions — especially in an AI summary — until you have confirmed it on the linked official page. Rules and procedures change, and the official page is always the reference.
If we cannot find an answer in official sources we say so and point you to the national portal my.gov.sa. We do not guess.
5. Complaint text we prepare for you
When you ask us to prepare a complaint, we build it from your own words and the name of the competent authority, with blanks for you to fill in.
You are responsible for reviewing the text, for its accuracy, and for submitting it yourself on the official website. Write only the truth in it, and do not include another person's data without the right to do so.
6. Your account
The Service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly open accounts for anyone younger.
You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code we send to it. Keep your email secure and never give the sign-in code to anyone; we will never ask you for it by phone or message.
An account is for one person. During the trial, sign-up may be by invitation only.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, try to get around usage limits or bot protection, collect its content by automated means, flood it with requests, or impersonate anyone.
You may not enter another person's personal data without the right to do so, try to push the Service into producing harmful or misleading content, or use it to harass or mislead any government body.
We may suspend or limit any account or device that breaks these Terms.
8. Credits and welcome credits
To ask Dalni you sign in. A new account gets free welcome credits, in the number shown in Dalni, only once per email address, even if the account is deleted and opened again [to be reviewed by the lawyer].
Prepared answers are free, and so are "couldn't find it" replies and safety and urgent warnings, which are never blocked. AI answers and tools, such as preparing a complaint text, use credits as shown in Dalni; an AI answer's credits are taken only when it reaches you. Credits are bought in one-time packs, not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically. We show you the full price before you pay.
Credits can only be used inside Dalni: they cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or given as a gift. How long credits stay valid: [period — to be set by the lawyer].
Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If you delete your account, any unused credits are lost.
9. Trial phase
Dalni is in a trial phase. We may add, change or stop features, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
10. Intellectual property
The Dalni name and design and the texts of Dalni's answers belong to O AI. Quoted official texts belong to their owners, and we show them with a link to their source.
Your questions remain yours, and you allow us to process them to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limits of liability
We provide the Service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any decision you made or deadline you missed by relying on an answer without checking it on the official page.
In any case, our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim [cap — to be reviewed by the lawyer].
12. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Account. Deletion is final; what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms, and we tell you when we can.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. If a change is material, we tell you inside Dalni and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
14. Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom hear any dispute about them.
The Terms are published in Arabic and English; if the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
