You have the right to get your deposit back in full, or what is left of it, after you hand over the home. If you disagree with the landlord, ask for the Expert service in Ejar.

To check your contract, sign in on the official Ejar website, open the contracts list in your account and search by contract number. When a contract is documented, Ejar sends a text message to the mobile number registered for you in Nafath.

Residential and commercial leases longer than 3 months that were signed after the new rules came in renew automatically, unless one side tells the other at least 60 days before the end that it does not want to renew. If your contract has ended or is about to end without renewal, renew it with Ejar's contract re-conclusion service.
