Rental contract inquiry: how do I find my contract on Ejar?

Prepared from the official page

To check your contract, sign in on the official Ejar website, open the contracts list in your account and search by contract number. When a contract is documented, Ejar sends a text message to the mobile number registered for you in Nafath.

Steps

  1. Sign in on the official Ejar website as the landlord or the tenant.
  2. Open the contracts list in your account, tap the search icon and enter the contract number.
  3. Look at the contract status: it shows whether the contract is new or renewed, and whether it is active or expired.
  4. When the licensed broker asks to document the contract, Ejar texts the mobile numbers registered for the landlord and the tenant in Nafath. You also get a text with a link to sign in and approve a new contract.
  5. If you cannot find your contract, contact Ejar through the Contact Us page on its website, or call 199011.
