How do I submit an objection to a Balady fine?

Prepared from the official page

You object to a municipal fine online on the Balady platform, with the “Objection Service” in the “Unified Objections Platform”, without visiting the municipality. The service is free. For help, call 199040.

Steps

  1. First check your violations with the “Inquire about violations” service on the Balady portal or app.
  2. Sign in to the Balady portal through National Unified Access, then choose the “Objection Service”.
  3. Review the inspection visits for your establishment, and choose the violations you object to.
  4. Write the reason for your objection, attach what supports it, then submit the request.
  5. Your request goes to the relevant committee: the municipality, the Amanah (secretariat) or the ministry committee. The service takes 15 days.
  6. Note: the objection period counts from the date you were notified of the violation. You cannot object to a violation you already paid or already objected to, or to violations in an inspection report you already objected to.
