How to object to a traffic violation on Absher

Prepared from the official page

You object to a traffic violation online on the Absher platform or app. The Traffic Law gives you the right to object within 30 days of the date you were notified of the violation.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Absher platform (Individuals) or the Absher app.
  2. Choose “My Services”, then “Services”, then “Traffic”.
  3. Choose the “Dispute Traffic Violations” service and submit your objection.
  4. Object within 30 days of the date you were notified of the violation. The court may still look at it after that if you give an excuse it accepts.
  5. If the time passes with no objection, or your objection is rejected, you must pay the fine within 15 days. Within those days you can ask for more time, up to 90 days.

Have ready:

  • An Absher account that is registered and activated (citizens and residents)
  • The violation must come from the General Department of Traffic or another body allowed to apply the Traffic Law
