TGA complaint: how do I complain about a taxi or a delivery app?
Prepared from the official page
If the company or app does not solve your problem, file a free report with the Transport General Authority through its “Reports and Complaints” service, or call 19929.
Steps
Complain to the company or app through its contact channels. Delivery apps must handle a complaint within 3 working days and give you a number for it.
If it is not solved, go to the TGA website, then “E-Services”, then the “Reports and Complaints” service, and press “Start Service”.
Sign in through the Nafath (National Single Sign-On) platform.
Fill out the complaint or report form, attach the supporting documents, and press “Submit Form”.
Or call TGA on the unified number 19929.
In a taxi, you have the right to have the fare meter on from the start of the trip and to pay electronically. In taxi apps, you do not pay the fare if the car breaks down during the trip or the driver refuses to finish it without a valid reason.
