Where do I complain about a private hospital or clinic over service or prices?

The Ministry of Health oversees and supervises private health facilities, so file your complaint on 937 or its channels. In a private facility, you have the right to see the prices and know the expected cost before treatment starts.

Steps

1. You have the right to see the private health facility's list of health service prices.
2. You also have the right to know the expected cost before treatment starts, and to get an accurate invoice for the service and its costs in Arabic.
3. You have the right to open a file for free, to get a free medical report, and to a free follow-up visit within 14 days of the first examination.
4. Newborn babies or the body of a deceased person must not be held because of money claims, and you must not be forced to use a specific pharmacy, hospital or lab.
5. File your complaint with the Ministry of Health on 937, on the 937 digital portal, in the Sehhaty app, or on WhatsApp at 920005937.
6. Keep the complaint number you get by text message and follow it on the 937 digital portal. If it is closed without a fix, you can reopen it within 30 days of the closing message.
