I bought a product with a fault or defect. What are my warranty rights?

Prepared from the official page

If the product has a defect and is under warranty, you have the right to have it repaired by the dealer. If your electrical or electronic device was repaired more than twice for the same defect, you have the right to replace it or get its value back.

Steps

  1. Check that the product is still under warranty. Electrical and electronic devices have at least 2 years of warranty.
  2. Go to the dealer to fix the product.
  3. Ask for the repair card, and keep it.
  4. If the dealer refuses, or the defect comes back, open the Balagh Tejari app.
  5. Tap “New report”, attach the invoice and a photo of the repair card, then send the report.

Have ready:

  • Purchase invoice
  • Repair card (if you have one)
  • A photo of the product
