Prepared from the official page
The call centre number of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) is 19966. To escalate a complaint, use the Telecom Complaints Escalation service on the CST website, after you complain to your company first.
Steps
- Call the CST call centre on 19966.
- Or write to CST at info@cst.gov.sa, or through its social media accounts: CST_KSA and CSTwithU.
- The Contact Us page on the CST website gives the working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- To escalate a complaint: complain to your company first through its channels, and keep the complaint number.
- If 5 days pass with no fix, or the complaint was closed without a fix, open the Telecom Complaints Escalation service on the CST website and sign in through the national unified access service (Nafath). Escalation is free, within 180 days of the closure or of the end of the 5 days.
- If your company does not respond when you ask it to open a complaint ticket, file the "Unable to open a complaint ticket" report on the CST website. The service time is 7 working days.
- If you want to close a complaint at CST and cannot do it on the website, contact CST and ask them to close it.
Have ready:
- The complaint number from your company, if you will escalate
- Bills, the service contract or payment notices
