You have the right to dispute any charge on your bill. Complain to your company first, within 60 days of the bill date.

Steps

  1. Contact your phone or internet company through its official channels.
  2. File a complaint about the wrong charge within 60 days of the bill date.
  3. Keep the complaint number the company gives you.
  4. If 5 days pass with no fix, escalate the complaint on the CST website.

  • The complaint number from the company
  • Proof of payment, if you have it
