The company did not solve my complaint. How do I escalate it to CST?

Prepared from the official page

Escalate your complaint to CST if 5 days pass with no fix, or if it was closed without a fix. Escalation is free. Do it within 180 days of the closure or of the end of the 5 days.

Steps

  1. Open the "Telecom Complaints Escalation" service on the CST website.
  2. Press "Start Service".
  3. Sign in on the official site through the national unified access service (Nafath).
  4. Choose your company and type the complaint number it gave you.
  5. Attach your papers, then send the request.

Have ready:

  • The complaint number from the company (without it the escalation is not accepted)
  • Bills, contract or payment notices
  • A legal power of attorney if you escalate for someone else
