I have a contract dispute with my employer. Where do I go?

Prepared from the official page

Start with an “amicable settlement” request on the Ministry's portal; it is the first step before the labour court.

Steps

  1. Open your Qiwa account and check your contract under “Employment Contracts”.
  2. File an “amicable settlement” request on the Ministry's e-services portal.
  3. Choose the dispute topic, and attach the contract and papers.
  4. Attend the settlement session on time.
  5. If there is no settlement, you get a record, and then you can file a case at the labour court.

Have ready:

  • Your work contract, or proof of your work with the employer
  • Papers that support your side
  • A legal power of attorney if someone files for you
