My employer has not paid my salary. What do I do?

Prepared from the official page

If your salary is late, file a free “amicable settlement” request on the Ministry of Human Resources portal.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Ministry's e-services portal (individuals portal).
  2. Choose “Amicable Settlement”, then “File a case”.
  3. Choose the case topic that fits your salary problem.
  4. Attach your work contract and papers, then agree to the declaration and press “Send”.
  5. Wait for a message with the session date, and attend on time.

Have ready:

  • Your work contract, or any paper that proves you work for them
  • The papers needed for your type of case
  • A legal power of attorney if someone files for you
